NCRID is an interdisciplinary immunization program that brings together vaccine-preventable disease science and research with immunization program activities. The web site provides detailed and up-to date information about vaccine-preventable diseases, the benefits and risks of immunization, vaccine licensures, ACIP recommendations, Vaccine Information Statements (VISs) and vaccine supply issues, as well as educational resources for the public and providers.
